automatic numbering

There used to be an option on the right hand mouse click in Word to skip a
single automatic number. How can you carry out this function now?

Example

1.1 test para1

test para2 (skipped numbering)

1.2 test para3

You can add this command back to the context menu, but it is preferable
(less likely to cause trouble) to use an unnumbered style instead.
