Automatic formatting problem

Can anyone help with the following please? In Outlook 2003, I want to set an
automatic formatting rule so that new emails containing the word 'Referral'
in the subject line are coloured red - I say 'new' emails because I do not
want this formatting to apply to replies about such emails.

I have therefore tried to set a condition using the advanced tab so that
'Subject contains Referral' is followed by 'Subject does not contain RE:'.
However, this seems to work on an OR basis instead of AND - which is what I
am attempting.

Can anyone suggest a way round this please?

TIA

Does anyone at least know how I can access the 'More advanced...' options
available on this tab - the box is currently greyed out for me?
