Automatic Floppy Access at WinXP start-up

Hello,
I have real all of gorups opinions and still have that,

Sometimes, at start-up process, Windows XP checks my Toshiba Satellite
notebook's floppy drive, and look is if sometimes is in it or not.

I have tried these,

1-In Services, Shell Hardware Detection service is set to "AUTOMATIC"
2-No Anti-virus software is installed
3-I'm running on WinXP Pro + SP2
4-I've contacted Microsoft but not newer suggestions.

I configured msconfig with disabled all of Non-Microsoft services and
disabled all of start-up items for a test.

But although i tried all of these, my floppy is checked by Windows at
startup in SOMEDAYS.

I don't estimate checking period and i wonder what's it about.

Regards.

Have you modified your BIOS to exclude the floppy drive from the boot
sequence?
