Automatic filing in folders of messages sent

I want to automatically file a sent message to a folder after sending.
This should be by giving the message a tag which refers to a specific
folder. Whether this runs immediately or later is not important.
Does anyone know how to a: tag the message when creating it and b: then
pick this up and move it to the correct folder after sending?
My aim is then to have all messages relating to certain subject in the
same folder whether they have been sent or received.

Thanks, Keith

Have you tried creating a rule that does that since you can add categories &
copy items to folders when sending

Thanks, with the category I can get the message to move. I just need to
type a lot of rules.
Next question. How do I add a box to the message template allowing me
to enter a category without having to click my way through the options?
I do not want to use the reference field as I use internal codes.

Click your way through the options? What's so hard about clicking Options
in the Standard Toolbar?
