Automate RIS CIW screens

If and how am i able to completely automate the Remote Installation Service
(RIS) CIW screens, so no user intervention is required?
We like to automaticaly reinstall all our 300 client pc's overnight.

Windows 2003 Domain, Windows XP SP2 clients, PXE compatible.

use setup manager to create unattended setup file for RIS (extracted from
deploy.cab from support->tools folder on xp cd)
and read deploy.chm in the same folder for exact procedure of automating
installation using this answer file

That's no problem. I am familiar with those. The only problem i have is, how
do i automate screens like the login screen.
I want it to be completely automated, so i can run this automaticaly every
night.
