Hi All

I would like to know that if there is anyway that you can script so that the
novice would only need to click on exe and a RA invite can be generated. I
am trying to avoid send keys.

thank you

If your in a domain environment you could use the "Offer" functionality. See
these links for help...

If your in a Small Office/Home Office (SoHo) work group environment this is
one possible workaround.

Another alternative and one that I use to support one of my sister-in-law's
is TeamViewer. Its free for personal use. You can setup a predefined
password if you wish to make connections easier from your point of view. On
your local LAN you can call direct IP-to-IP. Over the public internet you
can use the TeamViewer connection server to find the other user. That way
the remote user does not need to open any ports on any router they may be
behind.
