Automate producing a mailing list

Volunteer group need we need to automate a mail merge from a contact
database The sample doesn't get us there.
I have a table of fields- name address 1 address2 etc and a yes no field for
subscription paid.
I want to do a form switchboard with buttons to enter or view info.
I also want a button that will create mailing labels from the Table . I saw
the macro object but can't find an action for label merge stuff.
Am I looking at the right feature?
If code is needed any idea if such code exists on the web that I could
tinker with?

which can be found at
