AutoFill numbers in MS excel

Hi Guys,

I am new to this programming skill n have little knowledge about recording the macros in MS office.

I need VBA code to insert the serial numbers in MSExcel.

I think it much easy to understand the requirements from the attaced picture.

Please note that the numbers of rows are variable everytime for different files
