Autocomplete not working

Hi

I have a number of users reporting that when they close Outlook (2003) their
autocomplete lists are disappearing. I have tried deleteing and recreating
the NK2 files and also deleting and recreating their roaming profiles but
with no success. Anyone have any ideas?

Dear,

Create a new profile. This is because a corrupt profile does not retain its
link to the N2K file.

I have already tried this and it hasn't made any difference. Any other
ideas?
