Autocomplete not saving

Recently upgraded to Outlook 2007. The autocomplete is working after
e-mailing a person for the first time. However, once you close out of the
program it is not saving it for future auto complete, I guess in what is
called the "cache".

Did you create a new Outlook profile after the "upgrade?" You must. Always.

Yes that was done. The odd thing is we did an upgrade for 25 people, for
some people it remebers the autocomplete settings and for a few it doesn't
remeber if you close the program.

Then you have a corrupt profile or a corrupt NK2 file. You'll need to
recreate the profile again. Make sure it has a unique name.

Any suggestions on how to do that, our IT person (outsourced) did the
original upgrade.
