Even if you use the tool Russ mentions, you'll still need to open each of
those contacts and edit it to amend or add to the data in the contact item,
so it doesn't gain you much, in my opinion, over simply adding them yourself
one at a time.
No, I'm saying that the autocompletion cache doesn't contain very much
information, as far as I can tell - it doesn't contain mailing address data,
for example, so if the OP wants that information, he'll have to add it.
And perhaps that's all he'll want. I've never found contacts consisting
only of names and email addresses to be as valuable as fully-specified
contacts.
