Autoboot Problem with ASUS MB

I'm posting for a friend. Could anyone help?

'I have an Asus motherboard (A7V133), with 1333 AMD chip).
In the bios*(Award), there is a Power Up setting that allows you to tell
your computer to bootup at a certain time, each day. I had this
setting set and it worked fine until my power supply went out and had to
be replaced. Ever since, although the setting is set, in the bios, it
will not boot each morning.

Has anyone else had the problem, or any knowledge of what might be the
cause.'

Those wires were connected properly and in fact autoboot worked the
first time but hasn't worked since.
