"auto-send" an e-mail with attachment

For those who are submitting their e-mail address using a
simple form on my site, how can I cause an e-mail (with an
attachment) to be automatically sent to that e-mail
address that was just submitted.

Not possible when using the FP Form Handler unless your host provides a Auto
Responder that can also attach attachments.

However if you can use ASP, PHP etc. then it would be possible do this as a
server side application. However I haven't come across any pre-written
script to do this, so it would have to be custom written.
