Auto Restart After Shutdown

My computer is restarting 10-45 secs after a complete shutdown procedure. I
am running WinXP Pro. If I press the power button to shutdown it will remain
off. It only restarts after normal shutdown. I have run several
spyware/antivirus scans with no results. The only thing I have installed
recently is Acronis 8.0 backup software. I have searched high & low and have
found nothing that applies to this situation. Auto restart is unchecked also.

Thanks for the reply Drew. I have looked at that doc several times and found
nothing that applies here. I get no error msgs and no auto reboots. It only
restarts after complete normal shutdown. Sometimes it will stay off for up to
45 secs before it restarts.

Anything else?
