I have 2003 Outlook. When I reply to an email, the new "To" address includes the name and e-mail address that is not a correct email address. To send a message, I have to copy the senders address and paste it into the new message. I did not have to do this with Outlook 97 or 2000. How do I reply and get a correct address without any ' ' or names included?

Generally, the sender of the original controls the "Reply To" address. You
might want to alert them that there's a problem.
