We have a user in our business office whose day schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30
p.m. She would like to be able to have her emails automatically respond to
incoming emails that are received after 3:30 letting people know that she is
not available for the rest of the day.

I have checked the rules options and I don't see anything that deals with
time. Is there something out there that I am not aware of? Any help will be
appreciated.

She is using Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2003.

If she's using an Exchange server, why doesn't she turn on the Out of Office
Assistant? If she's not, she can emulate it:
