Auto import DBF files

Hi all,
I have to import many DBF files (created by Foxpro 2.6 for Dos) everyday.
Most of them that have NO MEMO field are imported automatically - just one
click. But the others aren't. How to import the DBF files with MEMO field
automatically ? Any ideas ? Plz help.
