I need to create a table to track points using information from four tables and then some additional fields.

Table 1 Table 2 Table 3 Table 4
Class # Exhibitor # Horse # Show #
Class Name Exhibitor Name Horse Name Show Date
Owner Show Location

On the form I need all of these fields to appear. I have combo/drop down boxes for the Class #, Exhibitor #, Horse # & Show # - what I need is when these fieldswith the drop down box are entered on the form that the additional information in these tables automatically populate on to the form which then will get saved to a seperate table.

Form looks like this
ID# Show # Show Date Show Location
Class #
Class Name

Horse #
Horse Name Owner

Exhibitor #
Exhibitor Name Membership Y/N

Entries in Class
Placing
Points for Class
Points for All Around
Times Rode
