Auto exec on open or something else ?

Hi

I am createing a small database that will record ski group details.

Say you get a group of people together to go on a ski holidays. You are the
group leader and sometime (say on groups of over 50+) the will involve an
income/cost of over £50,000 ($82,000). So it quite a lot.
In the database you can show
people - room allocations (drag-n-drop) - cancellations - airports - ski
hire - lift passes - meals/veg/religious/etc - payments/costs/oweing - etc -
etc - passport details. All this will be able to be mailed directed to me/us
and a csv to add/update the booking.

I will make this freely available on our website for download (it will no
doubt be pinched by lots of our ski companies but who cares).

I am trying to make it as simple as poss (no training needed) and have an
auto exec open the switchboard on open of the DB - any other ideas how to do
this or is this the best way ??

Thanks for any advice

You have two choices: AutoExec, or specify the start up form. I don't think
there's any real difference between them.
