If previous auto correct entry is two capped letters (ex: HA replace with
HARRISON) if i want to add hae (no caps) replace with have, it automatically
puts HAe (first two letters capped) in the replace box, and will not pick up
error while typing.

jekka was telling us:

Delete the HA AutoCorrect entry, create the "hae" one, and then recreate the
HA one.
