Auto Correct Files

I have somehow caputred an Auto Correct file that is a Word file format.
When I bring up Word I can click on the file and it displays it in three
columns; the word; the correction; and then the word "False". I want to get
this file on to another system so it automatically corrects the mispelled
word when I type a document. How do I do that? I tried the zip file that I
downloaded but it doesn't get the file installed into Word. Also can you
merge two Auto Correct files? I need step by step instructions as I am more
than some what computer illiterate.

Use the AutoCorrect backup utility from the MVP site. It likely created the
file. http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/ExportAutocorrect.htm. See
http://addbalance.com/word/movetotemplate.htm for step-by-step instructions
on moving / sharing / copying / backing-up customizations including
AutoText, AutoCorrect, keyboard assignments, toolbars, macros, etc.
