Auto complete the "To:" field

I realize once I send an email to one of my contacts, the next time I
go to send an email I only need to type the first few letters of their
name and the AutoComplete function suggestions a name and email
address.

I am curious if it is possible to have AutoComplete look at my entire
contacts list and suggest all possible email addresses even though I
may not have previously sent them an email using outlook.

Does anyone know if this is possible to do?

No. Outlook will populate that list based on a few factors that includes who
you have sent email to.
You can type a few letters then use Ctrl + k to help it along. Try it!
