Dear All,

When I try to make a special automatic archiving parameters for some
folders in my Personal folders, it doesn't work automaticaly. Each time I
have to make it manually archived.

I'm using Outlook 2003, any one can help.

AutoArchive works on the modified date of the message. You can check this
date by opening the message and choose File-> Properties

I can't find Properties under the file minue.???

-Save Attachment
-Permission
-Delete
-Move to Folder
-Copy to folder
-Page Setup
-Print Preview
-Print
-Close
Nothing more !!!
I'm using the Winword as e-mail editor, can this affect??

And you are showing full menus as well? Tried resetting the menu already?
Open the message View-> Toolbars-> Customize...-> tab Toolbars-> select Menu
Bar-> button Reset...

Renaming outcmd.dat to outcmd.old will reset all toolbars as well.

Dear Roady,

Yes, it shows up now. I don't know why this behaviour :)) Well I made a
check for the items isn't archived and I found that it's on the range of
Archiving. But in fact it's not archived. Ex, I modified the archive settings
for deleted items to archive everything older than one month. Not I have some
items dated 01 Oct 2004.
