Auto Album File Splitting to tracks

Hi all,
I've scoured Google for a free tool that will split a single file full
album wav or mp3 recording into individual tracks. Sure I could do this
with Audacity but was hoping for something a little less mandraulic. Has
anyone seen any freeware that can do this.
