Auto-add to Contacts

I have read some of the discussions regarding turning off the auto-add for
contacts. I have tried to do this. However, after I click on options (in
Tools), I do not have a tab labeled Send. I use Windows Vista. Any ideas on
how to turn off the auto-add?? It is very annoying to have all those
addresses of people I do not know!!

Now try opening Tools | Options | Send from the Windows Mail window, not a
message window.

Look at Tools in the main program window, not in a Message Compose window.
