auto acceptance of all meeting requests, WITHOUT responding

I'd like the ability to set a default so that all meeting requests are
accepted automaticaly WITHOUT EVER sending a response.

But i was told if there is not a net work that the outlook calendar will not
work off line. Thank You thou
