Finally!
Last week I made the first proper pizza on the stone, and it worked ok(-ish)!
The problem was that I ran out of flour to roll the dough on (really daft, I know!) so I ended up having to use cornmeal which wasn't quite as good as the dough was a bit too sticky (I've bought in loads more flour this time
).
Anyway, it tasted really nice but the shape of the base was somewhat lacking due to it being impossible to roll when the sticky.
Lesson learned for next time though
