audio/video cracks & skips...

Hello, i'm having a problem during playback of videos or
music cds, mp3's, etc... on computer. The sound
skips/cracks. The video does the same. For most part, I
use windows media player, but i've also tried to use
other playback media (RealPlayer/ DIVX player, etc...)and
get the same results. Any suggestion would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance//CL

hi, did u get ur problem sorted,i am having same

problem. if u r on broadband,and u unplug it ur music
and movies will work.i have e-mailed ntl for a solution.
unfortunatley my e-mail service has cracked up, so i
don't know if they have replied. dan
