Not sure how but when trying to open my Audio HQ it gives
me an error and says it cannot initialise audio driver and
to reinstall audio driver. Anyone know how i can obtain
to download?
Any ideas as to how this happened?

Thanks

I have no idea what Audio HQ is, but a manufacturer's website is the
best place to find/download a W2k-specific driver if one exists. Drivers
for earlier systems won't work with W2k. It's possible, I think, that an
XP driver might work, if you can't find one written for W2k.

You can download drivers from :

The problem could be drivers but it can be also a failed hardware as
well.
I once found out that this error can be the result of a dislocated
soundcard. Try to re-seat the card if the download doesn't help.

Of course there might be other reasons like viruses/other hardware gone
etc.

Good luck
