Audio Drivers Issue

Hello to all,

I tried to install an Audigy Sound Card and since i didn't have the correct
drivers cd i unplugged the card and re-enabled internal audio in BIOS. The
thing is everytime i boot my pc it always keeps asking me for "Multimedia
Sound Controller" (file ALCXWDM.SYS) which is part of the Realtek AC 97
Audio drivers and those files i have them in my HD. When i point to this
file my pc reboots the hard way and when is up again it will ask me for the
same driver again and again. Have tried installing from a CD, from a updated
drivers downloaded from the Net, even tried to delete all the files of the
Realtek AC 97 drivers located in WINNT and SYSTEM32 and always keeps asking
me for this controller and drivers.

Would you please advice and throw some light since this is driving me nuts
and can't figure out what else to do next here....

Thanks in advance,
JR.
