ATX v1.0 PS and a Biostar GeForce MB

I am rebuilding the guts of my PC and replacing the MB/CPU/Memory. I bought
a Biostar GeForce 6100 MB (socket 754), Sempron 3000, and 1 GB of RAM. I
removed everything from and case and got the MB, CPU and memory installed.
Then when I went to connect the PS I discovered that the PS (Antec SL350)
had a 20 pin connector and the MB has a 24 pin connector.

Can anyone recomend a solution, as I have little funds left to waste on the
wrong decision.

I've heard (and seen) that 20-pin connector fitting in the 24-pin receptor.
And it should be keyed to go in only one way, so it should work..
