attachments

When I attach a file to a message it does not arrive with
the e-mail at it's destination...in other words, my
attachments are not attaching!
Any ideas?

Are these attachments being sent to users of Outlook or some other e-mail
program (note -- Outlook Express counts as "some other e-mail program")?
And what format are the messages being sent in -- Plain Text, HTML, or Rich
Text? Are you using Word as your e-mail editor?
