using outlook 2003 I can successfully attach a document but I am trying to
put an attachment at the bottom of an E-Mail or in the body of the E-Mail,
with a large icon, I have seen it before but have been unsuccessful in my
attempts to get any information as to how I can do this, please help

Change your Outlook default format to Rich Text. Tools > Options > Mail
Format.

As Ms. Orland says, but keep in mind that if you use Rich Text, only another
Outlook user will be able to see the attachment.
