I am using Outlook 2002 with Win XP Home (all critical
patches and service packs applied). When I send an email
with an attachment (usually a Word doc) to someone, the
recipient of my email gets the email itself, but *not* the
*attachment*. This includes recipients who are using
Outlook and Outlook Express.
I *am* able to *receive* emails with attachments and view
the attachments successfully. But, sending them is not
working.
At first I thought that this problem might be the result of
the recipient's email client being configured to block
attachments for security, but now I do not think that that
is the cause.
I sent my boss some important attachments from this home
machine recently and he didn't get any of them....he was
rather annoyed...not good.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Thanks.
