attachments in outlook express

hey there...was wondering if other people have this
problem....SOMETIMES I cannot open attachments in outlook
express...the message I get is as follows:

"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your mail"

Currently my email is being protected by Norton Antivirus...

Any ideas why this is happening and happening only for some
attachments!
