Attachment position question

Hi,

I notice when I try to attach a file in my new email,
Outlook will attach my file next to my cursor.

But when I reply to somebody's email and attach a file,
it will put the file under the Attachment box.. this box
doesn't exit when I type a new email.

I am wondering how I can make this box existing even
typing a new email.. becoz I don't like to put the
attachment in the email body.

Change your message format to plain text. You do this by clicking on your
inbox, then click on tools and then options. Select the Mail Format tab and
then change "send in this message format" to plain text. You will loose some
formatting abilities if you do this thou.
