Attachment icon

I have a user that runs W98 SE, Outlook 2000 recetly upgraded from Outlook
97. When she used to print an email an icon of the attachment was printed
with the body. This no longer happens and I have not been able to find how to
add this back in. I have changed the format between RTF,Plain and HTML no
joy....

Any ideas?

it should be in the body if the message is RTF. Which editor are you using?
Word or Outlook's?
