Attachment Field

Something recently changed within Outlook...the result is, now when including
an attachment in an email, the attachment now shows up in the body of the
email rather then in the attachment field directly under the "Subject" field.
I can't seem to figure out how to get the "Attachment" field back. Any
suggestions?

My mail format is set to "HTML" and I use "Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to
edit e-mail messages". I tried changing to format to "Plain Text" but still
am unable to see the attachment field under the "Subject" field.
