Attaching Graphic to a template to use in a Macro

I am trying to create a template that can be applied to update existing documents. I need to do two things:

1. I need to attach a graphic to the template, so that when I apply the template, the graphic is available.

2. I need to create a macro that will include insertion of the graphic, along with some standard text.

Can this be done? I would appreciate any help you could give :)

The easiest way to achieve this is using AutoText. If the insertion you need
to do is some standard text and graphic, set up the whole caboodle (with
correct styles etc.) in the template, select it, and then use the Insert >
AutoText dialog to Add it to the template. Note that you have to make sure
you have the template selected in the dropdown (the default is to save in
your own Normal.dot).

Once the template is attached to a document, you can then use
Insert>AutoText to insert the content you saved. Better still, use Tools >
Customize to put the AutoText on a button or give it a keyboard shortcut.

(You can also insert AutoTexts from within a macro if you need something
more complicated.)
