ROUTER 1
192.168.1.1

192.168.1.2
ROUTER 2
192.168.2.1

COMPUTER : 192.168.2.2
255.255.255.0
192.168.2.1
You should be able to ping anything in the path.
You can NOT do this:

Public IP
ROUTER 1
192.168.1.1

COMPUTER : 192.168.1.2
255.255.255.0
192.168.1.1

192.168.2.1 (LAN Side Connected to your network)
ROUTER 2
Because router 2 is on a different subnet. Even if you connect the
WAN side to your network, you cannot ping backwards through the NAT.
...kurt
You could if you put in a static route on Router 1 describing how to get to
192.168.2.0/24 as long as Router 2 is set to route and is not a NAT.

Instead of the website you're using, I suggest to use OEx (Outlook Express
or any other newsreader), and configure a news account, pointing to
news.microsoft.com. This is a direct link to the Microsoft Public
Newsgroups. It is FREE and requires NO ISP's Usenet account. OEx allows you
to easily find, track threads, cross-post, sort by date, poster's name,
watched threads or subject.
Not sure how? It's easy:
