Attachement in Meeting Request/Appointment

Hi

We are using Outlook calendar to book conference rooms and people for meetings
If I attach a document to a meeting request it is possible for anyone with accessright
to this conference room to open the booking and open the attachement
Is there a way to allow only the attendees to read the document
This is a severe security issue since there can be confidential documents distributed t
the meeting participants

Yes, and no. Send documents to attendees separately as mail messages, not as
a part of the meeting question.
