Save the presentation under a different name. Delete all the slides except the
one you want to send. attach the 1 slide presentation to an email and send it on
it's way. would be the simplest. You could also use the Save as feature, and
save you single slide as an image file, and then send that in an email.

How do I attach only one Power Point slide into an email ?
If I go to "File -send to", all the slides in the Power Point
presentation is attached.
