ATI2evxx application error

I'm using Windows XP pro version. I have downloaded the latest ATI driver
from the manufacturer download page. There is three users in my PC. When
changing the user every time an error ATI2evxx-application error memmory
referenced to 0x00.... memory can't be read?

What does this mean. How to fix it.

This seems to be a moderate because my PC is working with all users.

Was the driver installed from the administrator account?
 
Is this the 1st ati software/driver install.The reason for asking,ati last
1 or 2
updates gear toward the software w/o the control panel and wdm,try
downloading
ati version 10.1 or so,download the catalyst with the control
panel,wdm,drivers,
or get the bundle.After control panel is installed,you can update
drivers,wdm,
and panel till you'll see the panel isnt offered.The catalyst w/o the
control-panel
doesnt run as stable in xp.
