ATI X800 Pro at CompUSA.com

CompUSA.com has the ATi-brand X800 PRO, 256-meg cards for sale for
$399.99. I don't know if they actually have them in stock, but that's
the lowest price I've seen so far, even lower than Newegg's non-ATi
brand cards. I don't follow all the details of video hardware like I
used to, is there some catch to this? This appears to be an
online-only sale.

It says usually ships in 3~6 days...so I guess it's possible! In their
stores, the boxes still say "order in advance". But the web site says
coming soon. So maybe they have an acknowledgement from ATI.
