ATI All in Wonder Radeon

I just got a used ATI AIW Radeon for my IBM Aptiva PC running Win 98
SE. The tuner and S-video do not seem to work well. The picture is
dark and seems like out of sync (noise and horizontal bars scroll). I
have tried old and the most latest display driver and MMC from ATI web
site, but it still behaves the same. I loaded the latest direct X 9 and
Windows Media Player. Also, I purchased an attenuator from Radio Shacks
and see if that improve the signal; it did not. I've read from the web
that the cable signal may be a little to strong for the tuner. If you
have some other idea, please let me know. Thanks.

Hi I had a post a few down from yours looking for someone to send me a
copy of their bios If yours is a orgional Radeon 32mb DDR ntsc you
could realy help me out. Just need you to run a simple windows util
and upload the file.

As for your problem if your getting the same thing with
tv/composate/s-video in then I would look at it beaing a hardware
problem. Maybe you could check for a loose/corroded connection by
tapping differen't parts of the card and seeing if it makes a
difference while your capping.
