ASUS V9520 Magic (GeForce FX5200) TV-out port

I connected an S-Video cable between this card and a TV put there is
no picture displayed on the TV. The nView Desktop Manager popped up
but I do not know what to with it. Do I need to configure the card's
settings, and if so how, I have no documentation?
