Asus P55T2P4 , HELP !!!

I bought a Hercules 3D-Prophet 64MB, PCI, for my older motherboard ASUS
P/I-P55T2P4 rev 3.0.

I have a system with :

AMD K6-II 400MHz
4x32MB EDO = Total 128 MB
Samsung HD 10GB
AT PSU 230W

Latest beta bios 207, I followed Kalle's homepage instructions step-by-step

The 3d-prophet PCI card doesn't work in my system, only the older 3D Trio
64V+ card, why ? I get no signal in the monitor, I tried different bus
frequencies and PCI slots but without success.

What's going wrong ?

I don't think a current PCI graphics card will work in this board. It
only is PCI 2.1 compliant, while the card in question certainly wants a
PCI 2.2 slot (which includes 3.3 V being available).
