Not a lot to say. Google didn't turn up much.
Looking at the board, it looks like it was designed for
OEM purposes (judging by the semicircular hole clipped out
of one edge of the motherboard) - that doesn't mean the board
is bad, just that it may have been invented in the first
place, to fit in a Dell or HP box, and is now being made
available for retail use. The picture in the manual
shows a buzzer, instead of a pair of pins for connecting
the case speaker, for example.

It is a lot like a P4P800-VM. The P4G800-V is a full size
board and has more PCI slots than the P4P800-VM. It is
missing a game/midi header, and has one fewer serial ports
than the P4P800-VM. It still has manual timing adjustments
for memory, which is a good thing to have, compared to
a number of other microATX products. I like the connector
layout for the floppy and two IDE connectors - many Asus
boards squash these connectors together, making insertion
difficult. The P4G800-V is missing a FPAUDIO header, so
won't hook up to headphone/microphone jacks on the front
of your case (no biggie).

If you are decided on going Intel, I would suggest a
Northwood as a processor. I have a 2.8C/FSB800/512KB
Northwood and my computer already heats up the room I'm
in. I would hate to see how bad it would be with a power
hogging Prescott 90nm 1MB cache. Intel is offering these
for a good price, but you will pay in time, via the extra
electricity.
