ASUS P2B-S SCSI problems

Who can provide me with an answer?

I have an Asus P2B-S mainboard, which is upgraded with the 1014 Beta 3
bios. I use a Quantum Viking II 9,1WLS harddisk (firmware 4110) and
have 2 Plextor CD drives: PX 32TS 1.03 and PX W4220T 1.01.

When I boot up, I see that my harddisk uses sync 40 and bus 16, where
my Plextor drives use sync 20 bus 8 and sync 10 bus 8. I am sure that
in the early days my harddisk used sync 80 and that both my Plextor
drives used sync 40. Can anyone tell what is wrong and help me out?

Here are some of my SCSI settings:

Extended Int 13 translation for DOS drives > 1 GB ENABLED
SCSI controller Int 13 support ENABLED
Support removable disks under Int 13 as fixed disks BOOT ONLY

Are your CD drives on a separate cable? If they are, have you tried to
use a different LVD cable for the hard drive?
