assigning Privileges to a security group

Create an OU named developpers for example.
put all of the users you want to have this privileges and
their computers in this OU.
Create a GPO on this OU where you assign privileges.

That's all.

thanks for the info ... but could you please be more specific about exactly
where in the GPO whould i find the policies to set these privileges ? i am
new to GPO ... so please help me if you can ....

i need to know the location of policies for :

1.Add workstations to a domain
2.Create permanent shared objects
3.Debug programs
